Pennant Moldings is an industry leader in the manufacture and decorative finishing of stainless steel parts. With thirty years of forming and finishing stainless we have gained extensive knowledge in the workability of various grades of stainless steel. Based on our experience in the forming characteristics of the material, we provide our customers with recommendations on alternate grades of stainless for cost savings. Pennant’s research and development efforts have developed an innovative manifold system that uses a mechanical press to deep draw 200, 300 and 400 series stainless steel that historically required a hydraulic press. A mechanical press has several key cost and quality advantages with increased through put, repeatability and improved quality with elimination of shock lines.

When it comes to welding or finishing of stainless, Pennant is recognized as a dynamic leader. Over the past thirty years we have worked closely with the abrasive suppliers to develop equipment and proprietary techniques that replicate mill finishes. Our highly skilled work force is versatile in their ability to work with stainless and other decorative metals to meet the most demanding of applications. This depth of knowledge clearly sets us apart in our ability to create satin, matte or dull finishes by grinding, polishing, buffing or blending of weldments.
