Roll Forming

Custom design and manufacturing of roll formed parts in simple to complex shapes has been a Pennant core competency for over forty years. Pennant offers tremendous flexibility with over two dozen roll forming lines equipped with eight to twenty-nine passes, pre-notch and cut-off capabilities. Parts can be formed in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, to include pre-coated materials, decorative stainless, aluminum, galvanized and vinyl clad in widths over 30 inches and lengths up to 20 feet and 4 inches deep. Value added operations include pre and post punching/notching, bending, secondary stamping, in-line welding, and in- line assembly.

Early part design assistance focuses on cost savings by increasing part through put, repeatability, holding tight tolerances, material savings by reducing offal, and eliminating secondary operations.

To round out our services, Pennant provides in house sub assembly, spot, projection, MIG and TIG welding, and decorative metal finishing. We also offer a single source solution for parts and assemblies that require outside operations by maintaining competitive pricing through successful partnerships with providers of tooling, powder coating, plating, silk screening, and heat treating.
